이용약관
1. 서비스
Zigu Print는 ZIGU PTE. LTD.(이하 '회사')가 운영하는 무인 프린트 매장(셀프린트)용 결제·운영 시스템입니다. 회사는 다음 두 가지를 제공합니다.
- 매장 손님의 출력·복사·스캔·팩스 결제
- 매장 점주를 위한 운영 시스템 구독(복합기 앱, PC 앱, ZIGU Print Admin, IoT 연동)
2. 출력 결제
출력 요금은 매장마다 점주가 정하며, 최종 금액은 결제 전에 매장 화면 또는 휴대폰 결제 화면에 표시됩니다. 결제가 끝난 뒤에만 출력됩니다. 카드 결제는 Stripe를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 카드 번호를 저장하지 않습니다.
3. 구독
구독료는 기기 1대당 매월 복합기 ₩20,000, PC ₩10,000(부가세 별도)이며, 매월 같은 날 등록한 카드로 자동 결제됩니다. 소모품을 쓰면 그 값이 월 구독료에 합산되어 함께 결제됩니다. 요금을 바꿀 때는 30일 전에 알립니다.
4. 이용자의 의무
타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령에 어긋나는 자료를 출력해서는 안 되며, 매장 기기를 훼손해서는 안 됩니다. 위반 시 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
5. 해지
점주는 언제든 구독을 해지할 수 있습니다. 환불은 환불 정책을 따릅니다.
6. 책임의 제한
회사는 서비스를 안정적으로 제공하기 위해 노력합니다. 다만 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접·결과적 손해에 대해서는 책임지지 않으며, 회사의 총 책임은 해당 거래 금액(구독은 직전 12개월 동안 낸 금액)으로 제한됩니다.

Terms of Service
1. The service
Zigu Print is the payment and operating system for self-service print stores (Selfprint), operated by ZIGU PTE. LTD. ("we"). We provide (a) payment for printing, copying, scanning and faxing by store customers, and (b) a monthly subscription to the store operating software (kiosk app, PC app, ZIGU Print Admin and IoT integration) for store owners.
2. Print payments
Print prices are set by each store owner. The final price is shown on the store screen or the mobile payment page before you pay, and printing starts only after payment is complete. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
3. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are charged monthly per device: ₩20,000 per multifunction printer and ₩10,000 per PC in Korea, or US$15 and US$7.50 elsewhere, excluding VAT/GST. Consumables used (toner, drums) are added to the monthly subscription charge. We give 30 days' notice before changing prices.
4. Acceptable use
Do not print material that infringes others' rights or is unlawful, and do not damage store equipment. We may restrict use for violations.
5. Cancellation
Store owners may cancel at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount of the transaction concerned (for subscriptions, the amounts paid in the preceding 12 months).
